Tiffany Gonzalez

Founder & CEO, based in Austin, TX

Bombyll's founder, is a former global GTM leader at Microsoft, AWS, Coupang, and Dell who has lived and worked across N. America and Asia. She created this firm to bring world-class talent - often those who are heads down & busy building; together to deliver outsized impact to clients.


Beyond her 25+ years in GTM, Tiffany has her MBA in International Business from Thunderbird, an active LP and investor in Stage 2 Capital, an Operating Expert in several PEs, is a Certified GTM Operating System Partner, and Pavilion CRO Certified. She has aspirations to one day speak on a Tedx stage.




Yasmine de Aranda

Founding Canada Office, based in Montreal, Qc

After 20+ years across traditional advertising, business development, websites and mobile apps, serving B2C, B2B, SaaS, and eCommerce—spanning five countries and multiple industries—Yasmine has built a rich database of problems and solutions that she cross-pollinates across contexts. This diverse experience lets her see GTM patterns others miss and bring unexpected solutions from different markets and business models.


Obsessed with the customer and user journey, but from a place of deep empathy—not just mapping touchpoints, but understanding the human experience at each stage, she places Marketing as the operating system that connects all revenue functions—the glue between product, sales, and customer success.

When this OS breaks down, you get what she calls The Great Misalignment: everyone working incredibly hard but pulling in different directions, not because people don't want to succeed together, but because your systems make individual success easier than collective success.
